My goal as a designer is to create designs that make all people feel welcomed, included, and thought of. To lessen the disparity and divide between people and the opportunities they are presented. A future that values differences, that build off each other and for one other.
I hope to create that through designing for those who can't design for themselves. Including all and accessible to all.
I value the life I've been given, the opportunities that have fostered my growth, and believe I'm truly fortunate to be a part of the small percentage with this much opportunity and mobility. I feel a responsibility, since I am one of few with the ability, to share it and work for those who don't. All people deserve a chance and I want to use mine to help others get theirs!
